However, despite this huge success, the film is now facing a serious issue that could affect its future.<\/p>\n<p>A legal case has been filed by Trimurti Films in the Bombay High Court against Aditya Dhar\u2019s B62 Studios. The issue is about the song &#8220;Rang De Lal&#8221; in the film, which is said to be very similar to the popular track &#8220;Tirchi Topiwale&#8221; from the 1989 film Tridev. Trimurti Films claims that their original song was used without proper permission.<\/p>\n<p>They have asked the court to stop the use of the song in theaters, promotions, and even on digital platforms. They are also demanding a share of the film\u2019s earnings, saying the makers used their content without rights.<\/p>\n<p>If the court decides in their favour, the filmmakers may have to remove the song from the movie completely, both in theaters and on OTT.
