Nagarjuna: King 100 is a commercial film with father-daughter drama at its center

King Nagarjuna is currently immersed in the shoot of his 100th film, tentatively titled King 100. Tamil filmmaker Ra. Karthik is directing this landmark project. As he completed four decades in cinema, the actor spoke to Variety India and shared key details about King 100.

The movie is around 45% complete, and Nagarjuna said the title hasn’t been decided yet. Speaking about the film’s content, Nagarjuna said, “A total commercial script with a father-daughter drama at its center, and a rags-to-riches story running through it.”

The makers will use de-aging technology to portray Nagarjuna across different age phases, from 25 to 60. Tabu, Sushmita Bhatt, and Vijayendra play key roles in this big-ticket entertainer produced by Annapurna Studios. Nagarjuna added that he is holding back further details as a major reveal is planned later.
