Music composer Devi Sri Prasad expressed his admiration for veteran filmmaker Singeetam Srinivasa Rao while speaking about the upcoming project Sing Geetham.

DSP described Singeetam as a visionary director who constantly pushed boundaries and introduced innovative storytelling techniques to Indian cinema.

The composer revealed that he was thrilled when he received a call about the project nearly three years ago. According to him, collaborating with filmmaker Nag Ashwin, producer Swapna Dutt, and the prestigious Vyjayanthi Movies banner made the journey even more memorable.

DSP said that being associated with a project celebrating a legendary filmmaker’s contribution is a matter of pride. He added that working closely with Singeetam Srinivasa Rao has been a blessing and an unforgettable experience in his career.

Anurag Kashyap’s Bandar is being hailed as a powerful and thought-provoking drama that explores the emotional and psychological struggles of a fallen movie star.

Director Abhishek Nama reportedly showed the final cut to top entertainment companies, and after being impressed by the quality, the top networks acquired the rights. The post-theatrical streaming rights of the movie have been bagged by global streaming giant Amazon Prime Video.

Star Maa has bought the Telugu satellite rights, while Zee TV has acquired the satellite rights for Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam versions. Zee Studios is presenting the film to audiences across North India and overseas markets.

This is a massive achievement since the protagonist Virat Karrna is just one film old. The huge demand for the film’s rights is an indication of how good content with the right approach can do wonders. Puri Jagannadh is working on a PAN-Indian movie with Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi titled Slum Dog – 33 Temple Road. The movie is back in the headlines as the makers have revealed the teaser update.

Accordingly, the promotional asset will be unveiled on June 8 at 6 PM, marking the beginning of the marketing campaign. The release date update is expected to come out along with the teaser.
