Bigg Boss Telugu 10 is gearing up for its grand launch in September, with the latest buzz surrounding a possible celebrity contestant.

Actor Adith Arun, who was recently seen in Chennai Love Story, is joining the upcoming season. The milestone tenth season is expected to premiere in the first week of September, with reports indicating September 6 as the likely launch date.

Nagarjuna is set to return as the host, continuing his association with the reality show. While the makers have not officially confirmed Adith Arun’s participation yet, his entry has already generated curiosity among Telugu audiences.

After its July theatrical release, the Sumanth-starrer investigation thriller *Newton’s 3rd Law* has now arrived on OTT. Written and directed by Rajesh Karna, the movie is now streaming on ETV Win.

After an underwhelming theatrical run, the film is now hoping for a better reception on OTT. Netflix will also stream it starting tomorrow in five Indian languages, giving the thriller a wider audience beyond Telugu and another opportunity to connect with viewers.

The film also features Jagapathi Babu, Srinivas Avasarala, Trinadh Varma and Ravi Varma in key roles. Sinjith Yerramilli composed the music, while Kohirkar Harish produced the film under VFX Shashwat, Celestial Art Studio and Mark My Words Entertainments.

Lenin is the latest superhit movie starring Akhil Akkineni and directed by Murali Kishor Abburu. The movie stars Bhagyashri Borse as the female lead and has emerged as the highest-grossing film of the hero’s career.

The movie was already available on the ZEE5 OTT platform, and recently, the Hindi version was made available on Amazon Prime Video to reach North Indian audiences. Now, JioHotstar has started streaming the Hindi version, further expanding its reach among OTT audiences in the North.

The movie also stars Brahmaji, Easwari Rao, Pramod Panju and others in significant roles. Produced by Akkineni Nagarjuna and Suryadevara Naga Vamsi, the movie has its soundtrack composed by Thaman.

Newton’s 3rd Law, the Sumanth-led thriller, is heading to OTT after an underwhelming theatrical run. Released on July 31, 2026, the film could not make the expected impact despite its promising premise and strong cast.

Netflix, the film’s official streaming partner, will premiere it on August 28, 2026, in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam, a day after its ETV Win debut.

The film had an intriguing story and capable performances, but its execution worked against it theatrically. With a wider multilingual OTT release, Newton’s 3rd Law now gets another opportunity to connect with audiences.

Irumudi is doing phenomenally well at the box office, with Baby Nakshatra also earning appreciation for her performance as Ravi Teja’s daughter. The young actress is now back in the spotlight with another release, I, Nobody.

The Prithviraj Sukumaran-starrer crime action drama has premiered on JioHotstar in multiple languages, including Telugu. After its mediocre theatrical run, the film is now looking to connect with audiences on OTT.

Baby Nakshatra plays Prithviraj’s daughter in the film, which also features Ayra Izra, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Hakkim Shahjahan and Vijayaraghavan in key roles. Directed by Nissam Basheer, the film is jointly produced by Prithviraj Productions and E4 Entertainment, with Jakes Bejoy composing the music.

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt’s spy action thriller Alpha is set to premiere on Netflix this Friday, August 28, 2026. Meanwhile, another project, backed by the actress has announced its cast and streaming date.

Titled Don’t Be Shy, the coming-of-age romantic comedy is produced under Eternal Sunshine Productions, the banner run by Alia Bhatt and her sister Shaheen Bhatt. The project is written and directed by Sreeti Mukerji.

Prime Video has announced the young lead cast, featuring Aarushi Bajaj of Aarya fame, Piyush Khati, Ansh Duggal of Nakhrewaalii fame and Bianca Arora. The project marks an important streaming opportunity for the young ensemble.

Prime Video has also locked the premiere date for September 25, 2026. Ram Sampath is composing the music, while Grishma Shah and Vikesh Bhutani serve as co-producers.

Mahakali, the female-led superhero film from the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe, is gearing up to release its much-awaited glimpse tomorrow at 11:34 AM. However, the film has already achieved a notable milestone even before the glimpse arrives.

The makers have closed a Netflix OTT deal for a solid amount even before the glimpse is unveiled, making it a significant development for the film. Securing the digital partner this early is a strong sign of the interest surrounding Mahakali even before its promotional campaign fully takes off.

Directed by Puja Aparna Kolluru in her directorial debut and created by Prasanth Varma as part of the PVCU, Mahakali features Bhoomi Shetty in the lead. Akshaye Khanna plays Shukracharya, while Rohit Saraf makes his Telugu debut with the film.

The upcoming glimpse is expected to introduce the world of Mahakali, with Akshaye Khanna’s look and character being major attractions. Produced by Riwaz Ramesh Duggal under RKD Studios, the film has Smaran Sai composing the music and features Khushbu Sundar, Shriya Reddy, Samuthirakani, Rakesh Bedi, Rajat Kapoor, Nassar, Murali Sharma, Prudhviraj and others.

Alia Bhatt-starrer Alpha, the first female-led spy action thriller from YRF’s Spy Universe, was directed by Shiv Rawail. Despite the strong cast and the backing of Yash Raj Films, the film had a disappointing run at the box office.
