Today marks Thug Life’s last chance to make a meaningful impact at the box office. Despite being a crucial Sunday, the film is witnessing alarmingly low occupancy, especially in Telugu.

Trade analysts had high hopes for the film’s weekend performance, but the response has been underwhelming. With collections dipping steadily over the past few days, the Sunday turnout was expected to bring some respite.

Unfortunately, that is unlikely to happen. As a result, distributors are likely to end up with significant losses. The pre-release business was sold at a hefty price as Nithin’s father, Sudhakar Reddy, bagged the rights.

Unless a miracle turnaround occurs, Thug Life seems set to wrap up its theatrical run on a disappointing note.
