Tamil film DC has achieved a major milestone at the box office, crossing the Rs. 100 crore gross mark worldwide within two weeks of its release. The Arun Matheswaran-directed revenge action thriller has continued its strong run despite facing competition from other releases.
Before its release, Anirudh Ravichander’s music was one of the major talking points surrounding the film. However, after its theatrical arrival, the story and performances of Lokesh Kanagaraj and Wamiqa Gabbi also received appreciation from audiences.
The film’s strong run has come as a big win for Lokesh Kanagaraj in his acting career, while the response from Telugu audiences has also been particularly encouraging. The team is said to be happy with the film’s reception.
