Beyond his films, Tollywood star Allu Arjun has been making headlines for his ‘living’ arrangements. Reports suggested that the actor was planning a permanent shift from Hyderabad to Mumbai for his next big project, Raaka. While his father, veteran producer Allu Aravind, dismissed claims of a full relocation, the actor is indeed setting up a base in the city.

The move appears to be a practical one, as Allu Arjun is expected to commute between Hyderabad and Mumbai during the shoot. To facilitate this, he has reportedly finalised a sea-facing luxury apartment in Juhu. According to Mumbai media reports, the rent is said to be around Rs. 16 lakh per month.

This decision is purely professional. By staying in Mumbai, Allu Arjun aims to focus more on Raaka, minimise travel fatigue, and ensure a smoother production process with better output.
