Aamani, one of the most popular stars of the 90s, recently opened up about a missed opportunity involving megastar Chiranjeevi.

The actress revealed that she still carries a sense of regret about not sharing screen space with the megastar. Recalling the moment, Aamani said she was offered the role of Chiranjeevi’s sister in Stalin.

However, she chose to turn it down. “I couldn’t imagine myself playing a sister to my dream hero, so I didn’t take up the role,” she shared.

Her candid revelation has now gone viral, with fans reflecting on what could have been an interesting on-screen pairing.

Dhanush seems to be highly confident in his next film, Kara. Directed by Por Thozhil fame Vignesh Raja, the movie is set to hit the big screens on April 30. Dhanush recently stated that Kara is a film without any gimmicks.

After watching the film, Dhanush told Vignesh Raja, “We’ve made an important film. If this film connects, if this film collects, it will give the industry a great confidence that you can deliver a big hit without gimmicks or going with the trend. Let’s see.” The director revealed this interesting conversation in an interview.

He added that Kara doesn’t disrespect audience’s intelligence, and that they made it utmost honesty. Mamitha Baiju plays the female lead. The movie is produced by Ishari K Ganesh under the banner of Vels Film International in association with Think Studios. GV Prakash Kumar is the music composer.
