The Telugu horror comedy Raakaasa, starring Sangeet Shobhan and Nayan Sarika, made its theatrical debut on April 3, 2026. Directed by Manasa Sharma and produced by Niharika Konidela under Pink Elephant Pictures, the film opened to a decent response at the box office.
Now, the film has officially made its digital debut on Netflix, expanding its reach beyond theatrical audiences. Originally released in Telugu, the OTT version is also available in Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, making it accessible to a wider viewer base across regions.
Raakaasa features a strong supporting cast including Brahmaji, and Tanikella Bharani, who add depth and humour to the narrative. The film blends supernatural elements with comedy, offering a lighthearted viewing experience that works well for home audiences.
On the technical front, Anudeep Dev composed the music and background score, enhancing the film’s mood and energy. Umesh Kumar Gupta served as co-producer for the project.
