Ram Charan’s Peddi has taken a superb start at the box office, with India premieres grossing over Rs. 20 crores, second only to Pawan Kalyan’s OG in Tollywood. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film features Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead.
The film opened on a strong note on day 1, with the evening and night shows witnessing phenomenal trends across the Telugu states. Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada, Guntur, Kakinada, Rajahmundry, Nellore, Vizianagaram, Tirupati, Eluru, Kurnool, Srikakulam, Kadapa, Chittoor, Warangal, Karimnagar, Khammam, Hanumakonda, Madanapalle, Ongole, Tanuku, and several other centres have reported monstrous bookings for the evening and late night shows.
