Director Krish is once again joining hands with Nandamuri Balakrishna for his next big project. The film, which has already generated immense curiosity, is said to be the much-awaited sequel to the cult classic Aditya 369.

Titled Aditya 999, the project is expected to be a futuristic take that continues the time-travel saga of the original. When quizzed about the film and its details during a recent media interaction, Krish chose to stay tight-lipped.

He avoided giving any confirmation and politely stated that Balakrishna himself would reveal everything at the right time. With this statement, speculation has only grown stronger, and fans of Balakrishna are eagerly waiting for the official announcement from the star very soon.

Tollywood star Nani’s The Paradise has been making all the right noises ever since its announcement. The film’s power-packed teaser and a couple of posters featuring Nani in a never-before-seen rugged avatar raised expectations on this high-voltage action drama.

Already, The Paradise’s makers have announced that the film will have a simultaneous release in Spanish and English across the globe. More exciting updates about this Srikanth Odela directorial will be out soon. Anirudh Ravichander composes the film’s soundtrack.

Kollywood star Ajith Kumar is making his fans and the country proud with his achievements in Formula 2 and other racing circuits. The actor was honored with the prestigious Padma Bhushan, India’s third-highest civilian award, by the government of India for his contributions as an actor and sportsperson.

Ajith’s inspirational message on the sidelines of the latest racing event is going viral on social media. “Lot of people think motorsports is very easy. Promote motorsports, not for me, but to promote Indian motorsports. Let people know how tough, how demanding motorsports are physically and emotionally. Maybe one day, we will have an F1 champion. Not F1 alone, in every series we’ll have Indian drivers doing exceedingly well,” said the Tamil superstar.

On the movies front, Ajith will return to Chennai after his racing tournaments to commence shooting for the highly anticipated AK64. The film will be directed by Adhik Ravichandran, the director of Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly. KGF and HIT 3 actress Srinidhi Shetty and Kollywood star composer GV Prakash are expected to be part of the project.

Star heroine Anushka Shetty will soon be seen in the highly anticipated crime drama, Ghaati. Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, the film is slated to open in cinemas worldwide on September 5, 2025. Ghaati marks Anushka and Krish’s second collaboration after their 2010 hyperlink thriller, Vedam.

In a recent interview while promoting Ghaati, Krish revealed that he and Anushka have been planning to collaborate on an exciting project for a long time. “Anushka had once suggested Saroja 2,” revealed Krish. Saroja is Anushka’s character’s name in Vedam, and a spin-off of the iconic character indeed sounds exciting. Whether or not Krish will take Anushka’s suggestion seriously remains to be seen.

In Ghaati, Anushka plays the role of Seelavathi, a ganja peddler aka Ghaati. The film’s story takes place on the Andhra-Odisha border. Tamil star Vikram Prabhu, star character artiste Jagapathi Babu, and others will be seen in prominent roles in the film. UV Creations and First Frame Entertainments jointly produced the movie.

Ghaati is all set to hit the screens on September 5, 2025. Krish has been giving multiple interviews and was finally asked about his exit from Hari Hara Veera Mallu.

He chose to clear the issue and stated that, since the film was getting delayed and he was also going through personal issues in life, he had to walk out.

Not many know that Krish filed for divorce and went through a rough patch in his life, which kept him out of form for a long time.

Now, he has finally opened up, clarifying that it was his personal issues, and not problems with the makers or Pawan Kalyan, that led him to walk out of Hari Hara Veera Mallu.

“Ghaati will showcase Anushka like never before. You will see her Viswaroopam in my film, and everyone will go mad,” Krish said at the event.

Anushka Shetty will be seen in a rustic avatar in this action drama. Krish also added that from the moment he penned the story, it was only Anushka who came to his mind.
